I first had a homemade breakfast sandwich like this at Sarah's house. (I know we've all had the McDonald's version but homemade can't be beat!)
One of her dad's (Larry) specialties are these breakfast sandwiches and they are super yummy. I recently recreated these for dinner (breakfast for dinner is one of our favorites). They were a great, quick dinner and could easily be added to and altered to your liking!

Larry's Breakfast Sandwiches
(makes 2)
2 English muffins, toasted
2 eggs
4 slices of cheese
4 slices of Canadian bacon
1. Cook bacon in skillet over medium heat
2. Prepare eggs: I did mine over medium
3. Toast muffins either in the oven or you guessed it, the toaster
4. Assemble all the ingredients...its that easy!
