Meal Plan: Week of Janurary 29th (and beyond)


Here is what we are eating this week and for the next four weeks.
I have found that doing these plans weeks in advance is incredibly helpful!

Sunday: Big Chicken Salads
Monday: Roasted Vegetable Pasta (P90X recipe)
Tuesday: Leftovers
Wednesday: Hearty Jambalaya
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Pineapple Chicken + Rice (from freezer: more on this later this week!)
Saturday: Pineapple Chicken

Week 2: February 5th-11th
Sunday: Chicken Enchilada Soup (P90X recipe)
Monday: Soup + Burritos
Tuesday: Chicken Spaghetti with Pesto + Salads
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Taco Pie
Friday: Taco Pie
Saturday: Leftovers

Week 3: February 12th-18th
Sunday: Big Salads
Tuesday: Valentines Day <3: Steak and Champagne Risotto
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Mister's 30th birthday!! He is still deciding what he wants to eat
Friday: Birthday Celebrations (details to come :) )
Saturday: Birthday Celebrations

Week 4: February 19th-25th
Sunday: Chicken Parmesan Meatloaf (from freezer)
Monday: Meatloaf leftovers
Tuesday: Chicken and Broccoli Bowls
Wednesday: Chicken and Broccoli Bowls
Thursday: Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken (on sammies) + oven fries
Friday: Buffalo Chicken Pizza
Saturday: BFD

Phew!
That's a lot of meals!
