Products I Love: Hair Care

I have a mild obsession with hair products.
I love anything that promises me volume, volume and more volume.
I do try to control my purchases and not buy every product on the block,
but I sure would like to.

I have tried some new products lately that I am really loving.
I figured I would share my finds with you lovely ladies.
Hair
!. Bumble and Bumble Styling Cream- I have recently started using this instead of mousse and I am in l.o.v.e.  It gives me so much volume/lift (that lasts all day), shine, and makes my hair feel just down right amazing.  Every time I use it I feel as though my hair looks like I just left the salon.
2. Redken Wool Shake 08- This 'slush gel' is perfect for helping create those beachy waves we all love.  It does not leave your hair crunchy as some products can.  It is great at creating texture and extra volume and I am obsessed with the way it smells.
3. Loreal EverPure Shampoo and Conditioner- My mom gave me this shampoo and conditioner and boy am I glad she did.  First of all, it smells amazing. Secondly, it is definitely making my hair smoother.  It is for color treated hair, which I do not have right now, but I have really been wanting to get mine ombred, so maybe soon!  Regardless of that fact, I think it is a great shampoo/conditioner.
4. Dove Damage Therapy Volume Boost Shampoo and Conditioner- This shampoo and conditioner create great volume and that, I love. I often rotate between a couple different shampoo/conditioners at a time.  This one will probably continue to be in my rotation for a while.
5. Turbie Twist- My friend Maggie has always sworn by the Turbie Twist and I should have listened to her earlier.  I have just recently gotten my hands on one of these and its such a lifesaver.  It cuts down drying time and it also great to use while putting on make up/getting ready.

Have you used any of these products?
What are your favorite hair products?

I swear by Loreal Pure, it's seriously amazing for my hair! I have paul mitchell, and since I've got this, I've completely ignored those two paul bottles. Amazing!

Have you ever used its a 10? I'm almost out of my first bottle (the darn thing lasted 10 months and I use it every time I wash my hair! 3-5 times a week!)

I'm debating about switching to the bb. styling creme, but I'm on the fence.

I'm going to try #2 asap... I have naturally curly hair and I'm always looking for something that won't make my hair look greasy or crunchy. Love this post.

I'm a sucker for Bumble & Bumble products {tonic, straight, etc}! I may have to take a look at the Wool Shake :)

I started using the Loreal volumizing 2 months ago and haven't used a single styling product since. It took away my frizz gave my hair some nice body and keeps the color looking great. A total must in my book!

OMG confession: I purchased a Turbie Twist when they were introduced and sold on TV. It's the only item I've EVER purchased from a TV commercial!!!!!!!!!!

I love pretty much everything from Bumble & Bumble, partly because it all smells so fantastic! I've been trying to learn to do a beachy wave and have used the B&b surf spray... I think I'm just bad at it but am tempted to try the Redken one to see if it does any better.

You just convinced me to give in and buy the bumble to bumble creme!! thanks :) and the turbie...had an original, but got way to raggedy and threw it away. My mom got me a new one last week, but this one is microfiber!! and Pink with polka dots!!

Any and all Bumble, I lose. Their Surf Spray is really awesome too for that tousled "beach hair" wave.

Does the Bumble and Bumble creme make your hair "crunchy" or stiff? I'm guessing no, since you said it makes you feel like you left the salon, but since you compared it to mousse I was wondering :)

Great post Sarah! I don't know a lot about hair and stuff but I know she's always talking about mizani hair products, she said that and number 2 that you have listed are the only things she'll use. I'm going to make sure to show her this post, thank you for sharing with us!
