Total Basset Case: Blessed.

Dec 27, 2012

Blessed.

Oh hey blogging break...oops!
I am back and in action now after a wonderful Christmas with friends and family.
The Mister, Floyd and I are truly blessed and were able to spend a lot of quality time with loved ones.
Although I did not take nearly enough photos over break, here is a small snapshot at our holiday.
(see we did finally get more cards! love all our sweet friends!)

Some of my favorite gifts: basset shirt, swan shirt, electric wine opener (early birthday gift from my mama, she knows me well), TOMs wedges, beautiful jewelry and scarves, and more!
And some of Misters favorites: Frye boots and LL Bean Duck boots, comfy snuggle clothes and a Sonic gift card.
We were definitely spoiled this year.
Floyd got LOTS of bones, treats, and a new bed.
My mom got him a coat but ol boy is a little too big for it...fat dog in a little coat.
We are on a hunt for one that will fit around his chest and be long enough for him.

And in an extra special Christmas treat, our friend Whitney brought home her Great Dane puppy, Jax.
Stop the cuteness.

We sincerely hope that you and your families had a wonderful holiday!

Floyd doesn't look very happy that he doesn't fit into his little coat. Ha! Priceless. But you look cute as can be. I love ALL of your gifts!

Flooooyyyyddd! You are just TOO handsome for words. And handsome just somehow seems MUCH more appropriate than cute. He seems to "mature" for cute.

And I know you know exactly what I'm sayin'.

Glad you all had a fantastic holiday! Love the pics.

You are beautiful. ;)

Oh wow! I love your little family pictures! ya know...there was a basset hound that lived behind us growing up and we called it the "hubba hubba" dog because every time we took the trash out, it barked and sounded like it was saying hubba hubba. ha! so glad I found your blog!
