Total Basset Case: I Confess...

I Confess...

Everyone loves a good confess sesh, right?

I confess...

...we eat dinner on the sofa far more than we should

...we've spent a lot of time this summer watching Big Brother

...as time consuming as month long meal planning is, it greatly helps my sanity

...that I've run 414 miles this year and that's sorta really awesome

....I wish it were possible for me to stay home with Floyd all day
...as much as I love fall, I also dread it a bit because it means winter (i.e. COLD) is coming

...that I do love fall for layering clothes and scarves upon scarves

...I'm going to need a huge, blanket plaid scarf this year.  They are too cute to pass up

...I've recently discovered ThredUp and I am very obsessed

...I have a very hard time sitting still while at home and am really forcing myself to do it more

...I finished a book tape this week and the end made me SO mad I still get angry thinking about it

....I haven't put any thought into Floyd's Halloween costume. Suggestions are welcome!

...I loathe going to speed/track work outs for running but I know deep down how beneficial they are

...I can't get 'Shake It Off' out of my head and I don't hate it.

Amazon has a blanket scarf that looks just like Zara's last year for only $25! Just type in blogger scarf. :)

I confess I have only run maybe 3 miles this whole year. Hahaha...oh man, I need an exercise intervention!

Um, Shawn and I have a table. I can probably count on one hand how many times we have sat at it to eat dinner. In our condo before we moved to our new house, we even got rid of our table because we never used it.

And yes, you must get a blanket scarf. I'm wearing mine today. I got it at Forever 21, the home of the incredibly affordable scarves :)

Yeah...I'm thinking a blanket scarf needs to be in my closet this year too. And if there were a way to be with my fur child all day...sign me up!

Isn't it annoying when a books ending is so horrible?!! You almost feel robbed because you spent time invested in it and then you find out the ending! Ahh. You've run SO many miles girl! Go you :)

I cannot even fathom running that many miles...in my entire lifetime. You're a rock star. Also, I'm not a Taylor Swift girl at all, but I love that song. Love it.

I was pretty frustrated with We Were Liars! But it's so hard to talk about it with anyone who HASN'T read it. :P

Don't you wish being a stay-at-home-wife and/or dog-mom was a real thing?! I'd love that! And meal planning is SO time consuming up front (I only do 2 weeks at a time) but it definitely keeps me sane!

That's the only downfall to fall...winter right behind it...blah! I have a million costumes I want to see Floyd in....I can't wait to see what you decide on!

414 miles!? That's amazing!! We eat dinner on the sofa too. And in bed. No shame here!

I totally need a plaid blanket scarf as well. And I think think the puppies would love if I would stay home with them all day as well and scratch their ears and bellies :)

I admit that I too would love to spend a day with Floyd!

I'm kind of dreading the cold, too, yet I love Fall…go figure! And before we had kids we ate on tv tray tables in front of the tv every night, I loved it!

I confess to the same things, seriously! Shake it off, sitting at home, meal planning, running more, eating on the couch, etc! I confess we could probably be best friends if we lived close :)

I love how you keep track of how many miles you've run so far this year! It makes me wonder what some of my yearly totals have been... well done!
