We had a great weekend here in Cincy!
Friday night Mister and I headed to Flipdaddays for our first official 'blate'!
We met up with Katie and Derek of Married...With a Pup it couldn't have been more fun!
We had a really great time at dinner with them and ate delicious burgers to boot!
We are hoping to dominate at Trivia Night with them soon!
Saturday was full of errands, crafting, birthday prep and then dinner and bowling with Bethany and Marc.
The bowling was 'mini bowling' (similar to duck pen bowling).
It is strangely a bit more changeling than normal bowling.
We bowled one game right handed and then for fun bowled our second game left handed and with bumpers.
I was actually better left handed...
Sunday we went to church and ran some errands.
I had decided on Sunday that I was finally going to bite the bullet and purchase my Tory Burch's (remember when I talked about them here?)
Off to Nordstom's I went.
Only to be sadly, sadly dissapointed.
Not only did they not have the gold ones in the store, they do not have them at any Nordstrom, ANYWHERE.
Seriously? I have been lusting after the shoes for YEARS
(yes I should have bitten the bullet a looong time ago)
I tweeted @Nordstrom and @ToryBurch and proclaimed my disappointment.
Nordstrom replied that they were sorry to hear about the situation and offered
these ones as a replacement.

And while these are very similar...they aren't the same.
I really wanted the medallion to be metal.
Thoughts on these ones?
And because I didn't get my Tory's, I did go ahead and gets some TOMS!!
I'm in love!
And I just love love love that they donate a pair.
