Pumpkin Nutella Muffins

My mama called the other day and asked if I had experienced these muffins.
I said, no but I'm going to need you to send me that recipe right this instant!'

Pumpkin + Nutella = love and deliciousness.

I've made these twice now and both times they have gone over very well.
So well I want to share the recipe with you!!
Muffin Batter:
4 eggs
1 1/2  cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup applesauce (I used unsweetened)
1  15 oz can pumpkin filling (pie filling)
3 c self rising flour with2 tsp baking soda and1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

Mix all dry ingredients and add 1 cup of four at a time and mix until all of four is mixed in a thick batter.

Nutella Filling:
1 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup of nutella
1 egg

Beat in separate bowl.

Preheat oven to 375
Place muffin liners in muffin pan
Fill liners with 2 tablespoons of muffin batter
Place 1 tablespoon of nutella filling
Top with 1 tablespoon of muffin batter

You are creating a layered muffin.  Muffins should be batter, nutella, batter.

Delicious beauties!
