Total Basset Case: Fridays with Floyd: Dog's Night Out

Fridays with Floyd: Dog's Night Out

Woo hoo it is already Friday!
I vote we institute 4 day work weeks from now on!

We recently learned that on the 1st Thursday of every month it is
'Dog's Night Out' at Graeters.
(If you have never had Graeters, I am really sorry.  You should have some flown to you- they will do that.  It is quite possibly the best ice cream you have ever laid your paws on.)
Floyd, of course, could not miss an opportunity for some free ice cream and treats!
He was 'treated' to a whole frosty paw and a bag full of doggie treats.
(all in lieu of his dinner, nonetheless)
Pretty great Thursday night in his book!

Floyd also got to meet his biggest fan and admirer, Autumn.
It was love at first sight!

"Um, can we do this every Thursday?"

Have a great weekend, friends!
We do not have much planned this weekend, just planning on taking it easy.
I may hit up some fall sales...I have a few coupons to Loft, Old Navy and Vicky's.
I mean, I have to at least see what they have, right?
I also have been itching to go thrifting...that may need to make it on the agenda as well!

I have my last 5k of the summer on Sunday!
Here's to hoping it isn't too humid!

Floyd will be resting up this weekend because we are going to Bark in the Park at the Reds game on Monday! We even get to go out on the field!
Mister Floyd is SO excited!

Oh, man I forgot all about the Graeter's dog night this week. I've been meaning to take Ginger all summer. (And as if I need an excuse to go to Graeter's.)

Also: good luck on the race (I think the weather should be better for running finally!), and where do you go thrifting around here?!

Floyd is one lucky pup!! I Aspen (my pup) only gets frosty paws on her birthday and or a really hot day! I never let her eat the whole thing.. her belly gets full fast considering she only eats 1/4 of a cup of food twice a day! :) Have a great weekend!!!

Floyd, you know you love me best.
Or Sherman.
Or maybe Dan? (he can cook you good things ... I know how you like to eat).
