Weekend Wrap Up: Fall Weekend

Oh, Monday, here you are again!
Stop doing that.

We had another jam packed weekend, but only traveled an hour and a half away instead across the country like last weekend.

Friday night I ended up having to work late so we took it easy once I got home.
We made a quick dinner and snuggled up on the couch and watched All Good Things on Netflix.
I hadn't heard of it but Ryan Gosling was in it so that is always an a-okay choice in my book!
It turned out to be pretty good...it was definitely a thriller!

Saturday morning we got up and headed to our hometown, Madison, to spend time with our families.
As I've said before, Floyd absolutely loves being at his grandma's and this time was no different.
She bought Floyd this adorable Halloween jingle collar.
I, personally, think him and Sophie look adorable with them on!

My mom and I squeezed a little shopping in and tackled some fall baking.
We made 2 batches of the 2 Ingredient Pumpkin Brownies with Icing.
We cheated a little and just added pumpkin pie spice to pre-made icing.
Verdict: delicious!
The brownies are super easy and the pumpkin makes them extra moist and yummy!
We also made a Heath Bar Cake (I'll have that recipe tomorrow!)
Saturday night we went to dinner, visited with friends and watched the Reds win the first game of the playoffs!
Go REDS!

Sunday we went all went to lunch and back to the Mister's parents house for pumpkin desserts.
We had the pumpkin brownies, pumpkin spice cake with chocolate chips and pumpkin coffee.
We got a little pumpkin happy but it was all so delicious and hit the spot!
We were definitely in the fall spirit!

How was your weekend?
What did you do??
Did it get cold where you are?!

Linking up with Sami Dana and Leeann.

I think I might be the only person on the planet that hates the taste of pumpkin. But, it looks like y'all had a wonderful weekend - even though it was super busy!! Have a wonderful Monday!

Did you get Pumpkin drunk lol. That's a lot of pumpkin in a weekend but there's nothing wrong with that! Floyd and Sophie look adorable in those photos.

The dog collars are so cute! I want a dog that I can put little holiday bandanas on. It sounds like you had a great, and pumpkin filled, weekend!

Oh I just love his halloween collar. How cute! I also made the pumpkin brownies this weekend, but I didn't ice them. I am thinking I may want to go back and add icing to them, but they were good even without the icing. And so easy!

Floyd looks great! I got Kalie a jingle collar like that for Christmas. She actually loves it lol

You know what I love just as much as all the wonderful fall tastes?! The fall smells! Which is why I am giving away a cinnamon cider candle on my blog. Come check it out!

I'm obsessed with FLoyd and Sophie's jingle collar! I want one for Rayne! Saw them at pet supplies plus this weekend, but thought I may just make one instead, and try to be crafty =P I have a feeling I'll be going back to just buy one, haha. Glad y'all had such a good weekend!

Love this! Though I have to admit that Floyd looks a little pissed off about having to match Sophie. What a cutie!
