I think I've officially lost my basset lovin mind.
I can't stop buying basset related things.
Move over crazy cat lady, here comes the crazy basset lady.
(p.s. check out that Etsy shop, hundreds of adorable cookie cutters.)
I mean, c'mon!! How could I not get that?!
Floyd and I used it to send Pierre some birthday yummies. Check out the post about his birthday here.
And then the other night I was perusing a basset themed Pinterest board (yes, I know, my life is TERRIBLY exciting) and I came across this gem from Gap.
(It's sold out online but I heard there are a few available on eBay. I'm wearing a small, it's a blousier type shirt, just for reference.)
Again, how could I not?!
So if we are keeping track, I now own two pieces of basset apparel.
One for the fall and one for spring.
I mean when this face is looking at me every day, how can I say no to it in any form??
Yes, he does sleep with his paws crossed like that most of the time.
It's so stinkin cute and I can never get enough it of.
It's almost as if you guys can smell the delicious Frito smell coming from those paws.
In other random news, I helped host a 'Happy Hour Bridal Shower' last night for this pretty lady and I can not wait to show you all the adorable details next week!
P.s. Don't forget to enter the Embellish Cases giveaway!

If you have lost it, then I am right there with you because I just bought that tee AND the cookie cutter! And I also have two pieces of basset clothes. But I justified it by telling myself I would wear the tee to the big basset gathering in Nashville on June 1. :D And I can use the cookie cutter for party favors for Cooper's birthday party. Yes, it is a baseball theme, but basset hounds are always en vogue.
Although this one is in the doghouse because he woke me up at 6am this morning!
I got the small-you are tinier than me, but it did look blousy and I didn't want to have to wear a tee underneath it.
I'm literally going to Etsy right now and buying that cookie cutter! It's Perfection!!!
And you are so spot on about the Frito smell! That's when we know it's time to give Christine a bath!
Adorable! I agree, with a face like that, how could you not??
