Relax and rest.
(like how I am working on relaxing that the 'a' above is not perfect...)
Every day in our life and our house is a busy one.
I always have a million things written on my to do list; not to mention the ones in my head that have not made it to paper yet.
Some days I work late and do not get home until late and that messes with the evening to do list.
And it gets me in a tizzy. And then I get grouchy. And no one likes that.
So this year I am going to try my very, very best to put down the list and the 'to dos' and rest and relax.
And read. And watch shows with Mister and Floyd. And just be.
I will not lie, to me, it is daunting and gives me anxiety. BUT here we are on day 7 and I am working through it. Some days will be harder than others but I think come December I will be very happy with this goal.
Come back later this week to see how I am incorporating this overall goal in our 2015 resolution list.
If anyone has any pointers for me, I am all ears!
