You know when you have all of those random thoughts in your head and you just need to get them out?
I am certain that is where 5 on Friday posts derived from.
1. NYX Butter Gloss Lip Gloss
I have really been into bright lip glosses and lip sticks lately.
But these Butter Glosses from NYX are really my favorite.
They are thick, bright and stay on forever.
Not too mention the colors are fantastic and only $5.
So far I have Peaches and Cream and Red Velvet (how fun are those names?)
My friend Molly started a blog recently and it is all sorts of fashion fabulousness.
Fashion Veggie is equal parts doggie loving, eco friendly fashion and daily outfit inspirations.
So basically a lot of things I really love rolled into one.
Not too mention Molly is one of the sweetest girls you could ever meet.
I say you check her out asap!
I would follow her instagram too if I were you!
3. Mileage
I am finally able to get some mileage conquered with running again. (Knock on wood) I have had minimal pain while running and I am really hoping that continues. I am slowly trying to build back up to where I was. It has (and is) a slow process but boy does it feel good to be back out there!
Seeing Floyd's face in the window when I come home doesn't hurt either.
4. Spring Styles
Is it me or is there SO much cute stuff out right now?
My #lillyfortarget stuff arrived and I am in love.
Nordstrom (per usual) is killing it, Loft has the cutest patterned shorts (on sale!), Old Navy has some fantastic dresses (also on sale!) and just about everywhere else I turn has cute stuff too!
My closet doesn't hate it. Though my wallet does...
5. Snackin
Because I can't have sugar, evening snacks are somewhere I really struggle.
Not having ice cream or froyo after dinner in the Spring/Summer is HARD.
Recently I have been working up my own sweet snack before bed. It is nowhere like ice cream but it is mostly fitting the bill. Although I would give A LOT (and I mean a lot) of money to be able to eat a DQ Blizzard.
Any fruit, granola and honey...sweet and filling!
I could seriously eat an entire pineapple every day.
