Sunday: Dinner with some friends!

Monday: BBQ Chicken Salad with Creamy BBQ Cilantro Lime Dressing

 Tuesday: Salads again

Wednesday: Chili Pot Pies 

Thursday: Pot Pies again

Friday-Sunday: Up in the air...weekend plans to come!

P.S. The skinny scalloped potatoes were AMAZING!
They come highly recommended from our house!
