Meal Plan: Month of May

Happy Monday, friends!
How was your weekend??
We had a great one around here...
Floyd and I hung out with Grandma 
accomplished a lot of shopping and had some great girl time!

Always subject to change but I think this is what we are looking at for our May meal plan!
I am *trying* not to repeat any meals throughout the year...
I am also trying to work in more date nights :)

April 30th-May 6th
Monday: Grilled Chicken Salads
Tuesday: Stuffed Red Peppers
combination of this recipe and this one
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Grilled Chicken 
Friday: Date Night!
Saturday: My friend Maggie will be in town!!

May 7th-May 12th
Sunday: Italian Beef Sandwiches (crock pot)

Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Homemade Pizza
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: I am hosting our mom's for a Mother's Day Luncheon at our house

May 12th-May 19th
Monday: Leftovers
Tuesday: Pizza Soup
 Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Ranch Style Chicken + Baked Potatoes
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Date Night! 
(see I told you I was working more in)

May 20th-May 26th
Sunday: Hawaiian Pot Roast + Rice
Monday: Leftovers
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Chicken Kebobs
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Date Night! 
(and another :) )

 I don't know about you but I am excited about this meal plan!!

Girl, I have no idea hw you're going to accomplish the goal of never repeating a meal! Those peppers look ah-freaking-mazing though. Totally going to try that recipe.

I loooove stuffed peppers and I'm always trying new combinatinos with them! So easy and yummy!

And I'm pretty sure I want to try that southwest chili mac- I love that it has cilantro in it!!!

That southwest chicken chili mac looks so interesting! I haven't seen that recipe before. Such kuddos to you for not repeating anything this year. That is amazing!
