Total Basset Case: Weekend Wrap Up

Weekend Wrap Up

My weekend started on Thursday night with a dinner date with some other Cincinnati bloggers!
 Allison | Erin | Jax | Katie | Me
We had a great evening full of girl and blog talk.
There was a request that Floyd join us for the next meetup.
I'll have to check his schedule and see if he can make it.

Friday Mister, Floyd and I were la-zy bones. We skipped working out (got dressed, did a few ab work outs and called it a night) and lounged the evening away.
Well we were busy holding Floyd's bone and FaceTiming his aunt Kait.
Saturday was filled with about 1,000 errands and getting Floyd all dolled up.
He wanted to ask the neighbor dog out on a date and decided he should wear his tie.
Sunday I decided I was done letting this crazy, COLD, Ohio weather dictate my shoe choices any longer.  I figure if I just act like it's Spring, it'll eventually happen at some point.  I'm also ignoring the fact that they keep predicting snow in our forecast.  Hey, mother nature, it's the middle of March...be Spring already.
How was your weekend??

Linking up with Sami, Leeann, Carly and Molly

Love those shoes! Where are they from? I agree I am over winter and pretending it's spring sounds like a good idea. BTW tell Floyd good luck with his date :)

I have the cutest green flats that I wanted to wear yesterday but it was WAY too cold in Boston. Your shoes are too cute. Coral is my color for this spring and last year too actually. Love it!

I've been doing the same thing with some of my flats...although that hail/snow/rain is really making my spring fashion difficult. ;) BTW, love Floyd in that tie-looking ever so dapper!

Floyd looks so dapper. And I love those shoes. I wish I could beam you down here for some FL sunshine fun before we move. Scratch that, I wish I could beam us both to Hawaii to join Kait...if only.

Sounds like a fun ladies' night out! We'll have to do another when I'm in town :)

And I SO know what you mean on shoes. Cannot do boots any more. Though when I stepped off the plane on Sunday to sleet, my poor feet in their cute little flats were a bit shocked.
