Weekend Wrap Up and February Meal Plan

Hey there...who all is a little sluggish today?
They really should start the Super Bowl at like 3 so everyone can get to bed at a decent time.

I was a party of one (well two if you count Floyd) this weekend while the Mister was away having a boys weekend.
So with that, Floyd and I did not get into too much.

Friday night Mister and I had a low key night of working out and watching a movie.

Saturday Floyd and I lounged around and watched it snow, made Floyd these treats and just hung out around the house.
Saturday evening I attended Bethany's engagement party with some friends!
SO so excited for them!

Sunday I worked on a DIY project for Mister for Valentine's Day.
Can't wait to show you guys but you'll have a couple of weeks ;)

And for some exciting news, I have my February Meal Plan for you guys!
As I've mentioned before, I leave the weekends pretty empty because we never really know what is going on and I like to schedule in some date nights as well ;)
After this mama cooks 3 meals a day all week, it's nice to not to have to worry about what we're eating on the weekends.

February 4th-7th
Tuesday: Pesto Ranch Crock Pot Chicken + Brown Rice
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Work Event

February 11th-14th
Tuesday: Lighter Tastes like Lasagna Soup (this is SO good)
Wednesday: Leftovers
Valentines Day: Steaks or Homemade Pizza + Champagne Risotto (I made this last year for Valentines Day-amazing!)

February 18th-22nd
Tuesday: Lasagna leftovers
Wednesday: Herbed Chicken (crock pot) + Quinoa
Thursday: Leftovers

February 25th-28th
Tuesday: Enchilada leftovers
Wednesday: Turkey Mini Meatloaves + Roasted Vegetables
Thursday: Leftovers

And there you have it! Done and done!
Let me know if you make any of these or if you need or want any more meal planning tips!

Have a great week, friends!

I think it is impressive that you can plan your whole month of meals. I would love to be that organized! But cooking for 1 is just not as much fun.

Girl, you got it going on! You have inspired me to put a fire under my booty and do this. I want to be this organized...my intentions are good, but I fail every time!! ;) You are such a good mommy to Mr. Floyd. Those treats look pretty yum even for a human! ;)

I said the same thing! Why don't they start it earlier??! I swear it used to start earlier in the day, but then I've never actually watched the Super Bowl, so I'm no expert! All I know is, I'm SUPER glad we didn't have to go to a super bowl party this year, and I got to go to bed at a reasonable time!

I love how many times you have "leftovers" on your meal plan. If you're going to cook, make it count, I say! And you remind me it's been a while since we've done lasagna - that might be a good one to get me out of the current cooking rut. Or maybe I should just bake Ginger some treats. Yours are so cute, and that sounds like more fun...

Those treats are adorable!! Floyd is one lucky pup. And I love your meal plan! I might have to add some of these to my meal planning binder! Yay for being organized!

Nice work with your meal planning! We just created a new budget and meal planning is definitely a necessity...with lots of leftovers too! Also, those doggie treats are adorable. :)
